It's more accurate to say that they say "family name" and "given name"

If a Japanese person comes to America, they will not introduce themselves as "Sakamoto Yusuke", but "Yusuke Sakamoto".

I've heard people introduce themselves both ways (East Asians and Westerners). My school has a Japanese exchange student, and he introduced himself normally (FamilyGiven) instead of reversing (GivenFamily), since he's used to that. Didn't create any confusion, and if it did, it would be resolved if you talk to him.
I don't live in the USA though, so I can't say anything about that.

I never felt anything that could be seen as romantic between Ryuko and Satsuki (and this isn't because they're siblings, that doesn't really matter to me). At the end of the series their relationship started to build, because they had a common enemy and because they're sisters. At the end of the series that's what they are, sisters.
And sure, Gamagori got a crush on Mako, but Mako never seemed to treat him as anything special. Which is why I can't see that ship ever happening.
I get why people don't want to ship this tho. It works so well as a very close friendship as well as a romance, and I can see how some might think that having them be together takes away from the core of their relationship in the show.

There are other things that make the manga a little bit gayer. Like an actual kiss between "Romeo and Juliet" and Sumireko's extreme thirst over Banba (she made her her maid).

Generally when writing Latin in Greek letters the alphabet goes

Omega is used for /v/ since in Ancient greek beta represented /b/.
The same logic is used for other languages that use the Latin alphabet (in English ώ is usually used for w and θ for th)

Me too. Kuro looks very cute now, but it's somehow a bit too much. It feels like she is a total different person, which can be a good thing, but for me it's meh...
Remember in Girl Friends? That was an awesome make over, because the girl (forgot the name) thought about Maki's own cuteness and Maki got her own style. Also somehow after the transformation it felt like Maki was still herself. You know what I mean? Well, maybe this is just because in Girl Friends it was done over many chapters and here it is kind of rushed.

Well, anyway, I still think this is awesome. I like how there are so many conflicting feelings here. Fujishiro (?) has obviously fallen deep for Kuro, she just doesn't realize it yet. I'm wondering if she'll do some stupid shit (I'm in for the drama and the aaaangst, hihi), but in the end it'll work out, I'm sure. :D
