I think the only info we have is from the first hiatus notice when ssamba mentioned "위장병" / gastrointestinal disorder, but it's a pretty general term... could mean anything from stomach flu to stomach cancer :L

I hope it's not psychosomatic since Asian people have high tendency to "somatize" psychological or emotional problems and gastrointestinal is one of its symptoms. Fans and their ways of expressing themselves (criticisms, disbelief, demands, etc.) may have affected Ssamba's mental health. She really deserves more love and support from us non-Korean fans, I think. Though Comico makes that hard to do.

Having read your past posts, you've made it clear that various expectations you early developed in the story weren't met. That stinks, I guess.

But that's you. Clearly, other people are still enjoying it. A lot of people are reading and commenting in this forum.

You expressed an opinion about the story, "I'm not sure Ssamba put that much thought in her story.". In some ways I think you could be right. I know there are times when fans go to question their favorite authors and producers and find that a lot of the output was instinctive or habitual or something. Whether they did or not, how people interpret and perceive the work is.

This is a forum dedicated to Fluttering Feelings, and I think we should all be able to express negative and positive reviews of it in its entirety, the author, chapters, etc. You've been one of the few to express pretty negative reviews of certain chapters or events, and certainly you received some harsh replies for some, if not most of those. I think that stinks too.

That said, after your initial two or so negative "reviews", the following negative "reviews" were themselves inflammatory or accompanied by irrelevant inflammatory phrases and remarks targeted less at the work and more at the community--this forum and/or its participants. That's the thing that really eats at me.

So, I'm honestly asking what are you trying to accomplish? And would you be willing to attempt reentering the discussion? None of your negative posts, even the early ones, really invited discussion. I don't think the all of them merited all of the replies,but you played your part in feeding the "flames". And you didn't incorporate the responses (feedback) into trying to make your next attempt at expressing a negative opinion more invitational.

If you're going to drop an opinion that you think pretty much everyone will reject, why not try to structure it in a way such that at least a significant number might not? And then maybe you'll find more people who feel a bit more the way you do can all join in on what could become a more diverse discussion.

I had some constructive counters to some of the objections you raised around clichés, but there really was no room to post them with the immediate and lengthy wave of backlash.

I hope you're not getting pleasure out of upsetting "everyone". Dismissal hurts. And that's how I read this post. I think it was pretty nasty. It took a while before I even noticed that the entire post wasn't directed at all of the the people posting in and viewing this forum. Just saw some infos about the season 4 cast from February:
Apparently both Franky and Bridget will be returning for Season 4, Franky as a main character. I don't know if I'm happy about that or scared. :D

As the story resumes, Bea and her cell-block mates are returning to Wentworth after the fire and rebuilding of H Block to find a new dynamic in play with a new contender for Top Dog. On the outside, Franky is trying hard to be a productive member of society. As always, no-one should underestimate “the Freak”.

Fletcher doesn't seem to return which really sucks because I wanted to see him and Vera get back together and see him get better in general, too. :/

Yes, I know others have discussed this before, but gawd, 59% on S.Korea believes that homosexuality is unacceptable (Pew study, 2013). That's just on the research level, what more upon immersion.

And regarding Yu-ji's tragic death:

89 deaths from 79 crashes involving heavy rigid trucks
and 19 deaths from 15 crashes involving buses.

Even the stat chart reflects our fluttering feelings

Ah, quantum entanglement! Hooo. I love how this chapter basically shows that concept, albeit heart-wrenching on Yuji's part, and how Seol-a and No-rae is fated to meet. These circumstances that led them to one another, no matter how some people don't want it or in denial of their past relationships, for me I actually need this. The bitter-sweetness of life as we know it, and those "convenient plot devices?" Nah. In a hindsight, these are the things that are meant to be. a little bit of reflection on our real lives give us a lot of those.

Plot twist: Yuji's Sister x No-rae's Sister (there, another connection, 'cos it doesn't hurt to expand the family :)

Dame. My gut feeling for that thumbnail was spot on (because I don't really open the chapter w/o the translation first).

But isn't a bit weird that Soela just went by confessing in the middle of the campus to no rae?? I mean is she sure about no rae's feelings towards her?? I mean especially since she's in korea, confessing to the same gender could be a vey big deal you know, judging their perspective towards homosexuality.

I'm actually glad Ssamba didn't go to this route. All thanks to Seol-a's overall personality, and as someone mentioned, she has a loving and strong support from her family. Her outlook in life, and in dating, just don't have room for the BSness of the world

she didn't even consider their friendship. when the last chapter imo wasn't that frustrating enough for her to confess at this point.

The interruption by those two dudes in the amusement park was actually a great deal in a way that she noted how it made No-rae hesitate in claiming her, when in fact that's what Seol-a wants. See, No-rae's self-deprecating monologue is what Seol-a's thinking. I bet she gets the vibe that the feeling's mutual, she's intuitive like that when it comes to No-rae. She even got the wariness feeling bumping with No-rae's ex. keke

And 100% yes Seol-a, "Who would dare interrupt this important moment..."!!

I really wish someone had a list of NSFW/yuri anime porn/hentai wherein the specific time in the vid where there is/are yuri scene(s) is noted, along whether if it's female-friendly or not . Because gawd, I searched the yuri tag on bakabt and 99.99% of it was traumatizing, filled with male-intrusion such as fetishes, tentacles, rape etc. and I don't really want those. Sigh I know, I know there's really nothing much out there.
