The art is absolutely gorgeous, but I find the writing lackluster.
Yeah, maybe it would flow better re-reading in one sitting, but it started with supernatural "ghost in mirror" and ended with journalism/crime shenanigans (mostly off-page!) with the magic bit handwaved away, and it's a weird combo, especially for a non-comedic work.
Kind of wonder if it got the Chinese equivalent of The Axe.
