Absolutely not true. I have no idea what UiSaki shippers you talked to, but me and my circle are definitely in the "they're both in love and consent" camp.

The problem for me is that it's very out of character for Hatsune, which isn't inherently a bad thing for a fanwork to do, but too many people think that's what her character is actually like.
