I know these characters arn't actually loli but they sure are drawn it in this doujin, so maybe a loli tag would be good.
That aside, its very well drawn and actually pretty erotic- and a lot of doujins that are trying to be just arn't, like that lesfes thing was full of ero images but was a total fail at being erotic imo.
