Momo and social cues do not get along. However Shamiko and being honest about her feelings for her "nemesis" do not work together at all either, so I wonder whether she would have been able to deliver these cookies in a way that would have clued Momo in. She most likely would have said that she made some for practice and was testing them on her nemesis! Only for her to cave in and add that they are definitetely good though and that Momo can eat them without worries.
