Summary is that Honoka Yukishiro was raped by "Mori-san" (a man named Osamu Mori) and she thought the rapist was the father of her child (Akiko Yukishiro) but it was actually her long-lost, presumably dead BFF-turned-lover Nagisa Misumi. The sperm that impregnated Honoka when she got raped was taken over by the feelings that mixed in her body, as she subconsciously cried out for Nagisa, who then had the overwhelming instinct to protect her. The feelings met in Honoka's body because Honoka was that severely weakened, and they mixed. Nagisa's feelings took over the sperm in Honoka's body (as it was a foreign substance) when under normal circumstances it would help Honoka heal faster. And when I say "take over the sperm," I mean her DNA wound up in the child Honoka conceived that night. And voila, two women have a biological daughter together. It's really beautiful in my honest, not-so-humble opinion.
Although, now that I think about it, Honoka is a frickin' science GENIUS, I'm sure she'd almost certainly know a way to make science babies possible.

Yeah we gotta wait at least a few more episodes before deciding on a ship, but I'm enjoying it so far. It feels a lot more like the other Love Lives than Nijigaku did, which isn't necessarily good or bad, it's just a way to do it. I like Kanon and Keke, but I have a bad premonition that they're going to play the black-haired girl's story the same way they played Eli, Dia, and to a similar extent, Setsuna.
