This isn't official art, it's fanart. You can look up the CGs from the Under the Tides event on aceship and this scene does not exist there. The dialogue though? No clue if that was in the event or not, but I did hear from people who've read the story that the Gladiia x Skadi x Specter polycule vibes were strong in the event. Specter in particular being the center since apparently she's fucking awesome when she's not insane and was returned to her right mind in the event.

EDIT: Haha, apparently Gladiia pinning Skadi against a wall DID actually happen in the event. My bad, anyways that's hilarious and also homoerotic. This is still fanart though, but it's fanart of something that actually happened. In that case, I also assume the dialogue is canon dialogue.
