Emm... you can chose the MC you want (male or female) because the dialogs would be the same. Of course, they would change some parts where it says things like "that boy" for "that girl" but that's all. Your female servants will "love" you but it doesn't feel special at all because they say the same thing to male Masters, so...
Did find it interesting that after they introduced Hilda as a mix Hyur and Elezen they didn’t let hyurs get elezen ears in character create as an option

^Late response, but Dash did actually end up watching the recent volume some months ago (I forget if it was 7 or 8 though). IIRC she did generally like it, despite Bumblebee being the canon ship
