well, its more or less the same thing from her perspective- she is just moving so fast everything else seems to be stood still.

I dont know HOW slow stuff is relative to her- or how long she can stay in that state either. Like if she stayed in sakuya time for an hour or 2 would she be able to see the second hand on a clock had moved?
