^Nah, there aren't, IIRC the first half of this picture is supposed to be in Homura's perspective, and the second half is in Madoka's perspective.

Homura is taking her glasses off in the top half while Madoka removes her jacket. In bottom half of picture, Madoka's finished undressing and takes Homura's glasses to hold onto them for her.
