Kinda rapey, but at least both characters were aware their "relationship" was based on both being scum.

Also, whenever I see that "I haven't washed" thing and cunnilingus happens anyway, I'm reminded ot this.

???? Mira wtf??? I shoulda known it was gonna be rapey when I saw the blackmail tag but there wasn't a rape tag so I was like, "maybe it'll be low-key?" And here I am, disgusted that it wasn't low-key at all. Like I can't find the glasses girl's reaction as genuine at all. Literally such an unrealistic reaction that I immediately got taken aback reading it. I guess I'm gonna just have to be more careful with Mira's works from now on smh.

Well i wouldn't mind the black mailing tag, cause she fucked herself by sabotaging her co-worker's work.

same thought, it's not blackmailing an innocent person.
and it's just a fiction
this is vanilla compared to many f*cked up NSFW i have read anyway ¯_(ツ)_/¯

So let me see... what you guys are saying is that continued blackmail and rape is a-okay if the victim is guilty of one count of petty bullying?
Uwaah...
I sincerely hope this utter moral myopia and victim-blaming is just an egregious case of Leather Pantsing instead of indicative of your ethics in general because that's complete and utter bullshit. Even the truly ancient principle of Lex Talionis ("eye for an eye") was pretty specific about punishement being proportional to the offense.

So why are you then feeling it necessary to try to publicly whitewash Honoka's indisputably morally reprehensible actions by squalid character assassination of Saki...?

Ehhhh.

If this had been a woman and a guy, the #metoo tag would be all over it. :(

I love the end
but I feel a liitle scare, when they don't move in together
I mean, keep having sex at hotel somehow indicate that they still get a distance in relationship?

Maybe I just need to avoid any story that has these kinds of serious dark tags mixed in with things like "Lots of sex" cause as demonstrated here, there's bound to be loads that have the dark shit as a setting but inevitably toss it all aside with no consequences just to get to the part with all the sex.

Yeah, that's Mira for you. This one actually tries harder than average to take the subject matter seriously, by her standards.

I have to agree. Even though no matter how you look at it, this was rape... So as I usually say, "do not attempt at home". And if that's how a relationship starts in a story, and the story ends happily, it can easily have unfortunate implications. So I'm not gonna bend over backwards to defend this; it's perfectly understandable to dislike this.

However, this story felt surprisingly authentic to me, on an emotional level. I'm not saying that Honoka "deserves" forgiveness. But I kind of understand why Saki forgives her.

I don't like Mira's works, but I agree that the emotions were good in this one, something I hadn't see in other Mira's works by far.
But, the rape ruined it. It's really messed up.

Even as a big Mira fan, i just cant really like this one. To me, it just doesnt feel as simple or as polished as most of her other work. The rape (and that is what it was) just feels so out of place and the utter lack of any sort of consequences for Honoka leave a bad taste.

In all of Mira's works that i've read (which is at least the vast majority bar maybe a very, very small few but possibly all of them) there's always, at least to my remembrance, been at least some level of actual consent (no matter how minimal) which feels missing in this one. It's basically 'Saki got blackmailed into being raped then began to enjoy the rape'.

This doujin feels like an experiment by Mira to try branching out a little further outside the usual and somewhat failing at it. The art is, as always, great but the story is severely lacking

Disclaimer: It's been a while since i've read most of Mira's catalogue so my memories on them may be fuzzy. If i'm wrong in a few things, it's unintentional
