Secret sold out to the mom by Sakura then to Sato.In regard of the spoiler Rin goes out of her way and her solo trip to check on Nadeshiko because she don't have any texts since a long time and was worried about it. Yes i can give that Rin tail Sakura a bit the first time she saw her but honestly that the 1st time in 7 volumes is only both of them and the conversation is kinda awkward. In my opinion, Rin going out of her way to check on Nadeshiko make me more on the NadeRin ship because both of her encounter with Sakura were coincidences. Also worth mentioning how both Nade/s mom and Sato talk about how Rin was worried enough to make a long detour to check on Nade.

Yeah, I agree with your points, all those events are good material for NadeRin (though I want to note that Nadeshiko's mom and Ena know the story, but they don't go out of their way to tell Nadeshiko, so it's still kept a secret from her). I'm just saying the material is also usable for the sister ship, and it's nice in its own way. As a serial shipper (and an advocate of polyamory), I see no reason why we couldn't have both ships :))
