There's no separate place to uploading images. You do it using Upload Request. Whatever it gets uploaded or not depends on quality, but even if it passes you might need to wait few weeks for it to show up, because images are uploaded in small batches. Also whatever it's your art or someone else's should be irrelevant.

That part kinda confused the heck on me as why many users simply upload fanarts of a licensed series from a doujin despite that and the request's very first rule of NO LICENSED SERIES.

Aside from that, does everyone here (except moderators) had to send an Upload Request or does only long time user or with the most contributions are allowed to upload directly?

Gomen for some confusions, but as a newcomer, I'll have to adopt this site rule and get used to it!

@Blank Mage from what I understand, Touhou as a fandom lost a bit of force after the release of Ten Desires (and the launch of Kancolle), so characters who debuted after that are more likely to be unknown. I could be wrong, though.

Lambdadelta is almost a yandere in the manga, i think i'm only on like the 4th book at the moment. She loves Bern a bit to much.

I've seen them described as both Chinese Vampires and Chinese Zombies. Touhou definitely seems to lean more towards zombie.

@lord-of-roses I wouldn't say that. Ten Desires is the 13th game, and I'd say the fandom started losing force after the 15th game, Legacy of Lunatic Kingdom. For reference, the 17th game, Wily Beast and Weakest Creature, just came out like a month ago.
The reason I'd say that is because as you said, the very obvious culprit behind Touhou's waning popularity is Kantai Collection, which came out around the same time as the 14th game, Double Dealing Character, the game this character is from. I'd say it took until the 15th game because LoLK was a huge hit, even by Touhou's standards, and it briefly brought a lot of the fandom back.

It MIGHT go by "Golden Mosaic" or maybe "Kinmosa" instead. Also, the second season wont show up with the first in an alphabetical list because it's called "Hello!! Kiniro Mosaic". Sorry if this doesn't help.
