It means "Mother have", because the translator is clearly not a native speaker. Cut them some slack.

I see the "It's not my fault I'm not popular" picture person is at it again.

Shamiko may be small, but she is big enough where it counts. Even Momo will attest to that (despite loving to tease her about how tiny she is).

I don't think Touhou artists need a reason for OTPs. They just throw darts at two characters and stick with that pairing.
