that's her symbol from training with tsunade, I forget what it is, but it's the same thing tsunade uses to keep her self looking young and increase her strength and healing abilities

^^ Probably not in this case. Even though they are two halves of the same beast (Beast III/R and Beast III/L) their "human" hosts don't share same relationship.

@Clueless1 Well Kiara's NP is pretty sensual (?) given how many "hands" she summons with it so I guess this might be another (non-damaging) use for it.
