Seas published it in English. However, I don't trust the mangaka. She describes the love interest, the titular Ikemen, as being not concerned with fashion - and she's the dead opposite. She dresses in every way to be a lady killer, and she even has a stereotypical lesbian womanizer hairstyle. The MC is very naive, though, so perhaps she's giving the naive perspective.
