The noses and lips remind me a bit of Girl Next Door, but that's not it entirely, i think. There's something else that I'm reminded by that I can't really place. Something about the shading when they blush and the mouths, maybe?

I thought NicoMaki dating life was Yazawa-san, but Now I am re-imagining Niko as Mimika and Maki as Kaede. That would be interesting, too.
