Plenty of manga have a rich girl but not hooking up with a poor girl too. Nico x Maki doujins would probably count, but that fact isn't really a focus in many of them.

She's not even poor in that, although Hime is a lot richer than most of the cast.

^Yup I forgot she had a rich famous father- BUT she acts and behaves as a regular person- while her gf is an even richer ojousama. It probably doesn't count but it kinda has the feel rich spoiled girl + regular girl.

Well, what I was getting at was that she didn't come across as poor, but rather kind of average middle class. That's a ways from "broke girl" so I figured it didn't realy qualify.
