Really doubt that they won't be together, even if they stop going to the same school - Right now as it is, it seems like Kuroki is gonna go to college with some of her friends (if not all) and even if they didn't go together to college, they will surely meet up again.
At one point in the manga, Kuroki thinks to herself, and I quote, "I get the feeling our relationships have grown enough, that they wouldn't disappear just because we're not at the same school anymore..." so yeah, I think they will be friends :3

Dardes is right, things are good for Tomoko. Her friends love her...half of them probably not just as friends, but either way, she's not gonna be alone again. The manga's basically become wish fulfillment for social outcasts and I love it.

Finally, a healthy relationship.
