Yeah a lot of fat free products are actually just code for “we swapped the fat content for sugar content” and it’s sometimes less healthy to go for the low fat/no fat options. Plus it won’t keep you full for as long

I'm told that this isn't quite as much of a problem in Japan, as they don't have the same food culture of putting sugar in everything. I recall people visiting from Japan commenting on how everything in the US is so overly sweet that it was sometimes hard to deal with.

There are still plenty of candies and desserts, but supposedly not so much sugar in everything else.

I dunno, they put sugar in the heckin' BEANS and in all the 5249 types of breads.

In my headcanon the young mistress is always orphaned (or at least living entirely separated from thoroughly estranged family members) and left in the maid's care, there is no family that might find out and also no other family the young mistress might connect with. Anyway I can see why the joke was necessary because rain, teru teru bozus, of course, the author almost had to do it. It is a pretty big plot hole that her head didn't fall off though. :P

Just because Junior boy is the only male under 40 in the the village (or at least in this manga) who isn't still in elementary school is no excuse for Akane having such poor taste.

I actually thought for a long time that it would be really funny if there was a manga where the premise is they're all crossdressing, but nobody knows that everyone else is crossdressing. But it would be better if it were the reverse of this and they were all traps because reverse-traps are kinda boring.

My heart...this series is so sweet.

I read a volume a day until I caught up with the uploads.
Then I bought volume 5 in Japanese on Bookwalker, but it's a bit more advanced than anticipated and 15 pages in I only understand half of it. Spoiler alert, there are turtles.
But this manga is the cutest shit I've ever read at least until the next cute thing I read and it's very wholesome and fun for the whole family and I couldn't explain the plot if I tried but anyway it's very very cute and I love all of the boys and I'm very relieved that it's not even the least bit pedo-bait.

I could binge this. I wish it were its own manga series.

The only 'quality' drop I noticed was Uzuki's skin.
But the swimsuits were cute enough to make up for it. They should have worn them! Ryuugasaki specifically chose them so as to cover up any inconvenient 'details.'
