I mean obviously there's no better way to find a man than to write lesbian romance comics. Works every time. In fact, not only is it the most reliable way to find a husband, the only reason for a heterosexual (or bisexual) woman to write yuri manga is that they're searching for a man.

Funny how at the beginning of Reversal, I was sure this manga would be at least a bit on a darker side and what do you know! It turned out all sweet in the end.

These two have definite problems with being too proud by half to admit to themselves they're majorly crushing on the other girl.
So instead they keep coming up with blatant excuses to keep meeting up, which is pretty cute.

Also apparently Kie's already getting casually familiar with the old maidservant lel. inb4 the old lady totally ships them

Oh, they can admit it to themselves. It's just each other they're having trouble with. Rich girl thinks the poor girl is using her and doesn't want to humiliate herself with one-sided emotion. Poor girl thinks the rich girl is contemptuous of her common-ness and briefly-adopted profession, and doesn't want to be vulnerable when she's cast off.

Pretty sure poor girl (Kie) does not actually think anything of the sort and is just shy. She did clue in on Kotoko crushing on her in the first part.
