Indeed. Not that Prince/Knight Fate is bad, but it's so prevalent that I'd really appreciate someone doing a Princess Fate with either Nanoha or Signum as her Prince/Knight.

So did Fate ever give her response to that guy or is he still waiting to this very day?

I feel like both of the stories were left unfinished.

The first story is continued in Mangetsu no Yoru ni Hana, which is optionally continued almost immediately in Mangetsu no Yoru ni Hana ~ Tou because things stop being all-ages. Mangetsu no Yoru ni Hana was the first volume translated, so their order in the reader is a little odd.
