Wow. As someone who dearly loves Ace wo Nerae, this was such a trip. Great romance and wonderfully retro artwork, marred by very dubiously consensual, "strenuous disclaimers until she suddenly starts liking it" sex. Wish they had done that differently, but I admit to still liking it. It ends on an oddly ambiguous note, though. Are they actually together, or is it just Rei's wishful thinking?
