It's more like the rigid scorpio cannot tolerate the lighthearted gemini. Gemini is very accommodating, they are more than happy to shape themselves into fitting the other. Casually, all is fine. But when things get more intense, scorpio often makes me feel inadequate. It's like I am not intense/serious enough for them even though I am dead serious. Then well, if you don't want me, then I won't stay. Then it ends. I guess you can blame it on Gemini's lack of persistence.

The other maybe just needed the time to sort herself up.
