From what I've experienced, idol fans are extremely hostile towards the very idea of idol singers dating, especially when it comes to female idols. The idol is supposed to uphold the image of innocent and devoted fantasy girlfriend/boyfriend, and god forbid they actually show a human side.

Peopz really have to be like that, spreading private word of celebrities and ruin their career with it.... if i'd ever get to meet a celebrity i know, who's obviously trying to hide their identity, then i'm just gonna leave them alone
