Well, at least this is unique and not a story that has a horrible and overused cliche.

To be fair to cliches, most of the really overused ones are fundamentally quite nice. That's why they get overused.

It would be a weird relationship. If they get together, the supernatural girl will want to do cutting play all the time. She'll be like "Just cut me a little bit--just to confirm our love!"
And then the other girl would have to say "Oh all right, but I have to tie you down so I know you won't try to push it deeper."
And then--yeah, I'll see myself out.

A few interesting ways the story could go. What if the unable to be cut girl is actually quite old, and has been stuck as this indestructible high school for decades? Are there other cursed or supernatural humans or other beings out there, and the other girl is now being drawn into that world? Are their implications to falling in love with her, does killing her have consequences aside from the usual legal ones? Heck, does falling in love with her have consequences by itself? If uncuttable girl falls in love, would she not want to part from her lover?

Not sure if any of those will apply, but at least there's potential.

Other than the whole family thing that sounds pretty normal though, especially if the person in question is yandere.
