Это бесполезно means "useless" but no one says it like that while cumming in Russia xD Russians are too tough to even moan xD Joking, not joking ._. Russians are tough)))

The russian word means rather "thoroughly"
And if it was "carefully" meaning "be more tender" it's better to say "нежнее" or "осторожнее" =]
