I'm mainly only getting Citrus as suggestions, I've read Gokujo Drops; but aside from that I have a hard time finding non-porn manga to read. I'm fine with sex being in a manga, but want more romance.

There are a ton of great one shots you can find on the site, but if you're looking specifically for series, try some of the ones by Morishima Akiko and Hakamada Mera.

Edit: If you don't mind one shots, I'd definitely recommend you check out Yonurime, even if you're not into Touhou.

Take a look in my lists, there's one called My Favourite Romance. You might find something good in the series section at the bottom.

My personal favorite is Sasameki Koto. :P
