I wonder why it's treated as a sequel instead of a chapter? Right on the front, in romaji, it says "I got Myself a Little Sister" just like the other one. I don't see Yuri Project do that with other series.

This is just curiosity, but the front says:

Imōto ga dekimashita
I have a little sister
which I take as the title of the series, and
姉ができました
Ane ga dekimashita
I have an older sister
Which I don't see here, I would say is the chapter title.
Then again, maybe it's just a two-shot.

The little sister is drawn extremely moe without being conventionally moe.
