Yes, I'm not arguing the girl in the image is exactly realistic here. There are some women though who work out a lot and have well toned bodies while maintaining natural large breasts with a more feminine appearance than the common loss of fat and muscular pecks. I know so because I dated a girl like that and her breasts were big and real. She simply didn't overdo working out and wasn't a bodybuilder. Still had a six pack and strong arms though.
