i think that serie was an older original dj, and she changed the name for the one-shots (kana, like one of the MCs of the other)

read the same thing at baka updates... i'm guessing they (Kitao Taki and Mitou Kana) did paired up and contributed to create Kimochi no Katachi?

What's the illustration after the credits page from?
