I have BPD and a lot of times it just feels like I want reputation in media that are similar to my own struggles. Any recs?

AFAIK there are very few yuri mangas that discuss explicit diagnoses, since mental health has been somewhat of a taboo in Japanese media for a long time, but there are quite a few characters I've seen that might display some symptoms on the borderline personality disorder spectrum, depending on how you interpret them. The one who immediately comes to mind is Rio from Pieta (take a good, long look at those tags before you decide to read it, though, especially since you live with BPD yourself). A newer, and less extreme, example would be Hime-chan. That said, I am not a mental health professional, and diagnosing fictional characters is hard, anyway, so take my recommendations with a few grains of salt.

I recall several comments in the discussion about Still Sick mentioning that Maekawa is kind of like that in it, can't really think of anything else

Because the external perception of women labeled with BPD, it's a really tall order to want actually good media using those traits. The same is true of most personality disorders, the whole category is a major problem conceptually, but especially BPD. I don't think I've seen a single good portrayal of it in any medium, let alone one as alienated from the prescriptions of the DSM as manga lol. Not to say it's impossible, I never would have expected such a fantastic and relatable portrayal of CPTSD before reading Sorawo in Otherside Picnic for example, but that's an empowering label compared to the practically damning label of BPD most of the time. I've personally never seen it done and the only way possible I can imagine is a memoir type manga instead of a narrative type. Something like "My Lesbian Experience with Loneliness" where the author is telling you about herself.
