If i'm not wrong this manga had already ended. And has a yuri ending.

Even Last boss antagonist is a rapey sadomasochistic yandere girl in love with protag
Protag gets yuri good end with kisses and mutual confession (just to be clear, that's not with the yandere)
Secret of why she was so powerful was lust
