I'm really confused about this. In the first part, she somehow ate her eye, and now its /became/ her own eye...and now she gave the first girl her own eye? which looked more like a lozenge or a sweet then an eyeball (or a contact lens!).

Don't get how that works or what's really happened :/
But okay...just keep doing your weird unsanitary eye licking...and get your eye diseases and lose your eyes anyway...

Yeah, I thought it was Yukari or at least another Touhou character that I couldn't immediately remember the name of at first, but then I was like who is the other girl, really?? Then I read the tags. There had to be a reference here that I don't know of, plus there seems to be a age gap/size difference in this picture.
