I feel like it also has to due with the fact that Escoffier is nowhere near as popular as Arlecchino. Heck, she probably would have gotten the same treatment as Emilie if it wasn't for the fact that she works well with Skirk. Also the fact that Escoffier x Furina have to compete with Furina x Neuvilette and Clorinde x Furina for attention. But that's just my opinion as a Arlecchino x Furina shipper lol

Half the time nothing comes of it so it's not a win for people who are having to sit through the pointless incest and it's not a win for people who actually want to see the incest. Who is it for at that point? It's like a worse version of "will they won't they?" Can we just be done with this sibling incest trope in anime/manga please?
