@PineconeJuice I don't think this particular group has anything to do with Chinese players, the group bothering this artist are an English speaking Western group as far I've seen, and they pride themselves on being far right. Along with being as offensive as possible on all fronts, creepy sexual conduct, sexism, racism, and so on. From what I heard this part of the BA fandom already made a total mess of the Steam community for the game, spamming their weird and insane nonsense while taking pride in doing so, in part because they think they're "gate keeping" people that they don't want in their community...which I think just makes them look childish and embarrassing.

^^ This phenomenon exists in many parts of the world (at least also in Japan and Korea too as I know it, and now we also know western gamers likely do this, too), not just China. It seems to be called ML (Master Love) faction (Master is how Fate/Grand Order characters refer to the player-controlled character), describing that all characters have romantic feelings towards player. This seems pretty common among most gacha games (to some extents even SIFAS can be counted as one, that Anata-chan), but Blue Archive takes it to another level, and many artists got repeatedly bullied online just because they draw yuri art of Blue Archive (like Shiratama Mochi being sent dead animal pics in Twitter DM because they draws Hifumi x Azusa).
