I liked that Koguma was like "nah I ain't facing you" and drew the line but found it a bit lackluster when she turned around anyways when Hino just died inside and out.

Jeez how did i miss this whole debacle? I do agree with BugDevil in some little bits where the character designs are a bit iffy. (Glimmer's is my least favourite tbh, she looks like an eggplant). Most of the critics I've seen are mixed, (all white, and above the age of 30 tho), there are old She-Ra fans that are absolutely fuming because of the reboot, extreme anti-SJW's that hate the "overdiversity and disgusting non-feminine looking She-Ra" it's a bunch of bull. My bestfriend's little sisters absolutely adore the show and watched it all at once.

Ugh I'm mad, it's the same cliché coming up again that I hate in yuri mangas. The two main characters are like about to become closer and/or start dating or smth and some childhood bestfriend/old time friend who always liked one of the two in the couple comes back into the picture and messes up everything for like 1-3 chapters. This new old friend is bolder in the declaration for love and is a full on gay, making the situation complicated because the other two are like oops we're kinda shy.

I know it ends with two getting together so this trope just gets annoying.

Wait a second I recognize this setup and characters... oh, it's that manga!

To me this ending seems like the worst possible ending. Triggering some weird memories, leaving a bad taste.
For me, this ending doesn't give any hope for 'yuri wins' solution. But you know who is left with that hope? The mc, Arisa. For me it's rather clear that Fuwako came back to fight for friendship, but only for a friendship. But actually it's rather egoistic act. Arisa will continue to suffer and won't be able to let those feelings go, how the heck is she going to move on. Fuwako on the other hand will be in pretty neat position. She can keep her friendship (by hurting the other side) and a relationship. As hard as it may be, the best what Fuwako could have done, was backing off, really...

Bro... people can move on from loves and with the actual rejection from the person she likes, the black haired girl could finally move on but still have the friendship that both her and the long haired girl treasured. People can get over things and grow

On a separate note, the long haired girl surprised me with how much she actually loved and cared for her friend in the end. Even when the black haired girl kissed her and told her never to come back, the long haired girl treasured their friendship so much to the point where she just came back.
