I totally agree. I do understand the "same blood" etc. thing, but at some point you have to ask yourself. How much of terrible human being one needs to become so "but we're still a family" doesn't work anymore? I always felt that amout of bias and overlooking bad things, because someone is part of family, was very hypocritical, when compared to treatment of someone outside of it. You can be literal Hitler, but your mom will still love you, because you're her child.

Not saying that can't or shouldn't happen, but I'd like to see more "I got a new family, piss off" moments. cough

If I ever learn how to draw, that's exactly something I have in mind.

You're right. They didn't do anything bad to her. They bullied her gf and pushed all their work on her so they can be lazy instead. So she's punishing them for that.

Who is Yui? Also I agree the love triangle and ending was very unsatisfying. I loved Takako as a character and her chemistry with Mayu was great so it's a shame in the end they didn't end up together.

Why? I think it made a lot of sense. She found her pretty and started falling for her as she got to know her better. I found Yuu's feelings quite relatable.

I find terms demiromantic and demisexual pointless, because what people use to call it, I simply call "falling in love". To me falling for someone only after spending long time with them and getting to know them is how falling in love should work. Everyone is different and everyone needs different amount of time to feel comfortable with other person. Giving some arbitrary time limits and labels only alienate people over something that works differently for everyone. I would never call myself demisexual/romantic. I'm more than capable of finding someone attractive and fall for them in very short amount of time if we hit it off yet I also experienced falling for someone only after spending over 2 years with them and initially not finding them attractive at all. If I wanted to label myself 1 way or another I'd just be limiting myself.

Can you really call Midori raising Haru though? She is already like 16 and Midori mostly act as her guardian and give her place to sleep. As was mentioned few times, they're basically strangers to each other. It's not like Midori picked her when she was a baby or very young like in Usagi Drop. All the actual parenting was already done by Haru's mom. If anything, Haru is more like a parent to Midori.

It's pretty different from that though. It's not like Midori took Haru in with intention of raising her to be her wife or replacement for Tsugumi or something. Idea of Midori even attempting to teach Haru about sex is laughable at this point. And as I said above, you can barely say Midori is rising Haru in the first place.

In US English I guess it would be a more general phrase like, “You seem cheerful,” or something like that.

Guessing without raws, I think it's just more of a stock translation than anything else. "ii koto" would literally mean "good thing" and is simply a word someone would use to ask if anything positive happened in general.

Well she was interested in Haru and was asking her about her family situation, so maybe she will be a love interest her age? Or at least supporting cast. I don't think she has bad intentions.

Oh yea. Don't get me wrong. While there definitely wasn't enough of her, what was there, I liked a lot. It's just that through entire show she got barely any focus and we got at best hints that she's attracted to Niina, so when in episode 11 we finally got confirmation and confession, I was hyped to see how it'll play out in episode 12, but then episode ended with the whole suspension thing which totally sidetracked from it and I was afraid we won't get any conclusion to it. That's why I was surprised that despite all the last second drama, it still got addressed. In fact you could say the reason why she got so angry was because she got fed up with how show was ignoring her so far and refused to be pushed into background again. That being said, what was there still didn't feel like good enough pay off to me. We never got a proper reply from Niina and Momoko sorta given up on her, though that wasn't clear. At least show didn't back off with her concluding she was just confused and it wasn't love. But still it ended with her "not being sure 1 way or another", which is something that show should be exploring alongside all other characters and give us a proper answer like with everyone else, but that'd be too gay I guess. Next kinda wasted opportunity, I really wanted to see Niina's reaction to Momoko's confession after she made that comment how "you can't have sex with a friend". I thought that'll be finally a big moment for Momoko where she would tell Niina in the face "you can have sex with me, so let's stay friends" or something. But not only she confessed over the phone and hang up when Niina.exe stopped working, it actually pushed Niina into confessing to Izumi.

The opposite of the "useless" trope, which actually kinda works in regards to Nina who is kind of a bottom? She wants to be wanted, well, got someone who sure wants to push her down and have her way with her.

The end scene was vague but suggestive, so I guess that's something. It does make me want to read the manga and see where things went and if there was more after that.

Same, though now I'm not sure if there is more of the manga. I checked MAL before and it said manga is ongoing, so I thought anime will end with promise of maybe season 2, but the way it ended felt pretty conclusive, so I'm not sure if the post credit scene was made up by anime, it's taken from later part of the manga or that's how manga ends.

Yea. Thanks for trying, but it's not this. It was a webcomic already in english posted at their own site, so there wouldn't be even reason to post it on dynasty.

As I thought in last episode of O Maidens in Your Savage Season Momoko's part didn't get nearly enough focus and felt a bit unsatisfying, but still they at least didn't back away from it and depending how you interpret post credit scene, it either ended in yuri or at least they might hook up in the future. Personally, considering all other 3 girls ended up in a relationships, I think them hooking up in the end is pretty reasonable conclusion. Of course series would be much better if it had guts to explore lesbian relationship alongside all the het, but small steps I guess.

So I was pretty much right. Stardust is a sociopath on the side of good, hence he is the best person to teach Teru how to fight without going easy on her. And it seems like Teru's power will be activated by people believing in her so perfect way to make Iko naturally become her gf sidekick. Then again, the "never gives up" as a strength is kinda overdone.

Well, granted she had the less screen time from all other characters and with only 1 episode left and still a lot plot to wrap up, it seems like her part will be very rushed or left to explore for season 2 that will probably not happen, but still what was here so far was taken 100% seriously. If it ends on satisfying note, I'd probably be even interested enough to pick up manga for more (though it having multiple main characters is a pain) and idk if it's still being translated.
