@Lilliwyt What I want to say is that the chapters in mangadex are published so fast because the translation is already done (toki wa kita! And FPHS only make the scan). But, of course I'm glad they do that :).

Shamilator originally translated the phrase as "I would have absolutely fallen in love with you anyway, Shamiko!"

But after a conversation with another user, he decided to leave it as an implicit confession. But yes, it is practically a confession of love.

The conversation in question:

Anon: Is there any double meaning to the original text that could be taken as" I would have still liked it "or something like that and that would make it ambiguous, or is it absolutely, 100% saying he fell in love? With her?

Shamilator: The Japanese tend to be more shy about it. I think their suggestion is better here. It is rare for the Japanese to say love.

Shamilator's last word on the matter was "And I will leave it to you to decide on which one is preferable here
Momo: I would have absolutely fallen in love with you either way, Shamiko!
Momo: I still would absolutely have come to like you either way, Shamiko! "

The curse has nothing to be with her height or... her "attributes". Shamiko's height is an inheritance of her father (a shota,) and her size in "that region" comes from her demoniatic genes (cof cof succubus's genes cof).

Emi seemed to be quite aware of Nene's crush on Mahoro ... But it didn't seem to matter to her in the slightest ... Does it mean that Emi is not interested in Mahoro in a romantic way? Not really. Later, in the manga, there were some moments when Shamiko became affectionate to her. Momo's response: physically assaulting her stundere style.

In fact ... on second thought, Shamiko is the assertive of the relationship. She is more open showing her affection, she was the one who invited Momo in all the "dates" they had (there was more in the manga after the final chapter of the anime), she is not afraid to tell momo about her insecurers or ask for advice, and technically she was the one who confessed first, if you take the scene in the sakura tree as a confession.

It's curious. In several shamimomo fanarts, artists portray Momo in an assertive, direct or even seductive way. But, both in the anime and in the manga, it has been shown several times that Momo is shy and dishonest (at the same level as Shamiko) when it comes to showing her true feelings ... Of course, I dont have ploblems with it : )
