Sensei sure is going pretty far in the ''this is the special kind of love'' now, without outright saying it quite yet, at this point at least. Narita goes so far as to call himself a cupid and the whole prom trope is deep in romantic symbolisism. The cynic in me is starting to have a real hard time believing we're going to get the rug pulled from under us in the yuri department at the end :P
Is this even a question? Like the chapter just before this one was explicitly about Aya talking about Mitsuki in romantic terms and her friend Chiharu realizing that's who she's been talking about. Even before that there was the chapter where Aya told Mitsuki to her face that all her feelings for "onii-san" apply to her. Imo there's absolutely zero ambiguity that Aya is full on in romantic gay love.
I'd like to think so, but there's still a non zero chance that we won't get a clear resolution IMO. Time will tell I guess!

what what WHAT????? NEED AYANO AND NONONON TO COME RIGHT NOW AND CLAIM THEIR WIVES BACK
I can't even define Miyoshi and Ayano's relationship at this point. These two should have been officially dating by like chapter freaking 10 (^^) They'Ve already had more sexually charged intimate moments than most couples I know
As good as some of the other pairings are in the classic series, this one has always been my absolute favorite. These two just work so darn well together :O
...Also, they both got surprises for one another at the festival...
I think the one with the surprise is Takamine, I believe what Sakura wrote was another recruitment message for her club. I'm still hoping she gets involved in the play somehow.
Other than that, I wholeheartedly agree with your comment. I love how warm, affectionate, and intimate this feels. And definitely MVP title for Hirose this time around. I love that she straight-up tells Sakura that she is the bright light in Takamine's life.
It's pretty big of her, as we know she used to hope to play that role in Takamine's life herself. Hirose really is a strong person.
Alright, Hirose if the freaking MVP of this series and it's not even close at this point XP Also, good god the longing between these two lovebirds ! They need a day long date ASAP, even Takamine is feeling it, as dense as she is.
Don't be such a tsundere Bruce, she makes your life a lot more fun and you know it :P Also, mom can't complain too much, Harley did make it out of college with a doctorate and Ivy is a real sweet girl when you get to know her (as long as you're not hurting nature) !
