You can feel the weather with the colors with that rainbow effect. Kita's cute as always but smiling Hitori is a national treasure.

Them having never talked to each other is not the most problematic thing about this pairing.

Surprisingly wholesome for this manga. Sure there were some "I hate you's" in there and Komaki telling Wakaba to strip, but that's mild as far as the toxicity goes in this manga.

Probably just forgot but it stuck out to me how Wakaba always refers to her as "Komaki" in her thoughts despite stubbornly refusing to call her by given name. That feeble resistance is adorably petulant.

I can't deny suspecting this as well... Especially since she specifically only took the one exam. Scumbag at least had backups.

Looking at the phones whose case is slightly different in shade/color, the one who failed was makino

Makino's phone has two distinct buttons while Mashiro's has a unified button on the side. So it looks like Makino passed and Mashiro failed

Ehhh I think the author intended for it to be the same model phone. And for us not to be able to tell the phones apart in that last page.

That said, I expect Makino to pass because that will be the funnier outcome.

Volume 9 came out last month. Still no news on when the english translation comes out, to my knowledge anyway.

Ah I meant news that JNovel would start translating volume 9. For some of the previous volumes there had been a pretty big gap between their JP release and when translation begin but I'm hoping that won't be the case this time.

Amazing job capturing their personalities. Sorawo is such a pain in the ass but Toriko still loves her.
