There's probably worse, but the first one that immediately came to mind was Nanashi no Asterism.

It'll be a difficult pick-up because the series has already been cancelled at 3 volumes

I mean, if Killing Me! got licensed after being cancelled with one volume and no proper ending, anything is possible...

I think it’s pretty useless to try do a psychological/relationship reading of this chapter’s underlying significance without actually knowing what went on with Mitsuki while she was gone, which I assume we will see in the next chapter or two.
