Not sure if we can post pictures/links on this site, it's been a bit since I've looked at the rules so I apologize if I'm breaking any, but I'm often reminded in these situations of the official relationship of Domino and Wolverine in a Uncanny X-men comic that came out ages ago. https://i.pinimg.com/originals/b4/32/01/b432010f87d846bda9624f7743b1b447.jpg that specific page. Very rough love making, both of them enjoy it, no harm, no foul.

Hell yes, give me more Fate yuri doujins please. There's probably less than 10? Regardless there's far fewer than there should be. I've noticed in general with explicit doujin works (especially lately) that if there's a work involving two girls having sex the author will often make one or both into futa, which fine and all but I'd appreciate some more works that are simply yuri and don't have dicks.
Anyhow, this is super cute, I love Gudako/Shuten/Ibaraki.
Gotta be real, the art is not my cup of tea
Same. It's because the anatomy is all over the place.
And also I don't like it when a girl is basically drawn like a guy with boobs. It all looked fine at the start. The artist can draw a good face.
I don’t like the term “Tomboy” because it implies that a girl must be like a boy to do certain things. Kase-san is tagged Tomboy and I don’t see that at all.
That said, there are women that have very male like appearances. That’s not my interest, but I’m certain that it is someone’s.
What exactly counts as a "drawn like a guy with boobs"? I don't think characters like Kase-San count as they're maybe a little boyish in appearance but she's still feminine. People have different perspectives however, because there can be muscular women that might be somewhat masculine both in entertainment like manga and in real life. Wouldn't it be insulting to say she looks like a man with boobs?
There's also some women that just look naturally boyish in real life and manga, I'm pretty certain you'd get slapped or told off if you walked up to a woman and said she looks like a guy with boobs. I honestly think you'd completely deserve to be slapped for that.
Also I don't really see how "Tomboy" is necessarily a negative term. I see what you're saying on one hand, I often see it as a visual description, but I suppose it depends on how you use the word and who is using it. I think it makes sites when websites use Tomboy to tag art and so fourth where a girl intentionally is dressing like a guy. Like Naoto from Persona or Kino from Kino's Journey.
But yeah, ultimately I think women don't have to be feminine and guys don't have to be masculine. Let people IRL do their thing and let authors create the characters they want. Edit: I hope it would be obvious but this is includes, clothing choices, hair style and length, muscle tone, makeup, and so fourth for everyone.
I enjoyed the episode of Love Live that focused on Rin Hoshizora. A big part of her character is her fear of wearing dresses and skirts, because she was teased/bullied for wearing a skirt when she was younger due to her boyish looks. In the episode some of the girls aren't able to make it to the concert in time which puts her in a position of facing those fears. She takes center stage and wears the dress that's required for her fill in position of group lead. In the end she knocks it out of the park and everyone loves her.

eats popcorn
This. People get so worked up over something that's pretty tame all things considered. She teased the other girl and the other girl seemed perfectly capable of telling her off if she didn't like it. Just seemed like some odd bit of humor.
Not really my cup of tea per sea, but people get really worked up over almost nothing. The bitter comments saying "oh how I'm glad it's dropped!". You could just you know, not read it? Let other people enjoy it or something. Heaven forbid other people like the things you dislike.
This
crummyminimalist art and that short hair remind me of manga-Phos.
I wouldn't call the manga art of Houseki No Kuni crummy personally, it's not ultra detailed sure but I like the style plus the visuals in general look pretty nice in my opinion. It has far better art than this one-shot, at the very least in terms of execution, but I can see how the tomboy in this had some resemblance to Phos.
Edit: Also as other people here have have said I'm mostly reminded of Levi from Attack On Titan.

@Hylarn: From my understanding Mordred was created likely because of Merlin using some kind of "futa magic" on Arthur, so Arthur could produce an heir with the Queen. However Morgan (Arthur's sister) took advantage of this and "some how" ended up with Arthur's semen in her womb. Morgan then used magic on her womb to create a homunculus, that being Mordred. That's the main fan theory based off the vague bit of Fate lore we've gotten on the subject, to my knowledge at least.
I might be completely wrong but if I'm at all correct within that context it would make Arthur the father of Mordred and Morgan her mother. That's also how websites generally tag art involving any combination of Mordred with Arthur and/or Morgan.
Lore discussion aside, I adore this art and the general style + coloring is lovely.

@Vankomycin: I don't think anything is "up". Maybe she's lost in thought but she looks content. Also it's probably because of Tsukumizu's art style, his/her art is often melancholy. Their Touhou one-shot "Flan wants to die" is a good example of this. I also love their series 'Girls Last Tour', I've only read the manga up to where the anime finished so far, but it's a bit melancholic while also being about very adorable friendship in a strange post-apocalyptic world. They're on a journey in this lonely bizarre world where they barely encounter anyone else, but they have each other and get to experience a bunch of new things together.
Also I should note, there's two main characters in Girl's Last Tour, one is a often bit gloomy looking while the other is usually cheery and energetic. So I think Tsukumizu might be reflecting some of that dynamic in this art.

@BugDevil: That's fair, apologies if I came off as rude at all. I can more or less agree with you that both scenarios are potentially viable, but I'm also saying in Benja's defense here I think some level of frustration is acceptable when you're really in love with a series, and then someone comes along that seemingly doesn't appreciate a lot of the writing and build up. I think Benja wasn't rude, just very passionate.
I think you, Benja, and myself are all looking forward to seeing how the manga continues from it's current point and we're all curious to see how it will conclude. Hopeful and excited is how I would describe my current feelings toward the manga.

@BugDevil: Well I think 'Benja' being frustrated is understandable. Sure this route isn't impossible, but for someone to simply dismiss the progress of the manga and character growth as "mere drama that the author is dragging out" is rather insulting to the series and the author in my opinion. It's very assumptive and ignores so much of the fantastic build up we've gotten, so I understand why Benja and anyone deeply invested in the story and characters would be frustrated with someone writing off so much of the story in such a blase way. The way the manga is building up character personalities and the entire relationship is so far excellent, again my opinion.
We're getting a build up that feels like it'll have genuine pay off and when they finally get together in the manga it will hopefully be a highly satisfying peak of development, which will finish the series off on a very high note that should have a lasting and memorable impact on many of the readers.

For the people complaining about family abuse being far too common in romance manga, well it's even more common IRL. Part of why people write about it is because it's a very common and shitty experience, maybe the author was abused or they know someone that was. I have gay family members and some other family members that unfortunately have less than favorable opinions of them, or if it's not about being gay it's about something else. Ultimately at the end of the day some family members are just mean people, sometimes they're older and have dated thinking that they were raised on in a different time period, I think this applies to a lot of people's families.

@Random Wanderer: I'm personally not spoiling anything. All I can say is the story has been great from the start and is still in my opinion fantastic. You should continue reading so you can see where it goes for your self. The art and writing are some of my favorites right now and I think ruining the gradual build up of characters and story progression by having people spoil the series for you is doing your self and the series a disservice.
What Rye said. The intent of the art is that their dynamic and body language when kissing changes over 3 months, likely the first 3 months of dating. In the first month they're probably going to kiss in a moment, it's still a bit awkward for them so there's a moment of hesitation before the kiss. Second month they're more relaxed and kissing while still being a bit reserved. The third month they're really into and are now passionately kissing with fiery intensity.
@LilyBlack: I don't know what you mean by "Purposely Kept Androgynous". I haven't read a lot of the manga (yet) but I have watched the anime and from I've gathered they don't have any need for genitals, since they don't do things like using the bathroom, but most importantly they don't reproduce. They're formed over time on that giant rock on the beach from what I recall. So the gems being androgynous makes complete sense in my opinion. What people are supposed to see are these sleek dazzling beautiful figures and I think the series does that very well. Anyhow that aside the art here is cute and it's fun to see the various ships people make with fan-art.
@spiels: If my memory is correct season 2 is confirmed isn't it? So I think we might get that game and the lilies scene yet, hopefully at least. I think the last episode of season 1 was just to tie things up neatly and then season 2 will hopefully start with the tower game and the lilies scene.
@LII02: I think it's an enjoyable series so far. I wouldn't call it a Yuri series, but there's easy ships and at least one pretty good moment (in my opinion). I like the series mainly because the gambling is fun and the characters are smart but also insane, crazy in a fun way. The art and designs for the female characters are gorgeous and sometimes intimidating, especially in the manga where the art is in general fantastic.
I feel like this explains the Bright and Cheery Amnesiac (and Yamada, from Kase-san, among others), where this weird ambivalence towards sex both drives the entire plot and is held up as some kind of goal.
It's like, For chrissake, just fuck your girlfriend.
This comment doesn't make any sense. For starters Kase and Yamada have had sex, plus the series is still ongoing, so how is that an end goal? Maybe if you're talking about the first part of the series, but I'm talking about the series as a whole. Also some people don't have sex right away when they enter a relationship and it can take awhile for people to build up to that. I'm someone that's not comfortable having sex with my partner right away and I prefer to take my time building up to it. I don't see how in anyway this is wrong. Also Kase and Yamada starts off with them in high school and it's their first time having sex if I remember correctly, so I think the build up is perfectly normal and the pay off is in my opinion very satisfying. If I wanted the characters to just have sex I'd go read a hentai doujin, but I read manga specifically for the build up and romance, which I think makes the sex better and actually an important part of the story. Also with Bright and Cheery Amnesia they literally state early on that they've had sex numerous times in the past, then the amnesia happened and they're rebuilding their relationship back to the spot where they're comfortable having sex again, plus the idea there is that their rolls have somewhat reversed. Which is in my opinion a really fun dynamic between them.
I understand we live in a day and age where many people are convinced that sex is the most in important part of a relationship, if you're not having sex right now something is wrong with you, that's what someone's friends might say or the pop culture media they're consuming with the likes of music and tv. There's also people that are just comfortable having sex after the first or second date, which is of course fine. However there's nothing wrong with going slow and at your own pace.

The comments here are amusing.
I thought it will be hell of a story with those tags. Disappointed a bit.
Well, the title is "One Page Shorts". It's a bit silly if you expected a full story with a title like this.
and
I expected a long story :(
As Salamandrake said I'm not certain what people were expecting, this was a bunch of cute one page short stories.
Nagashiro Rouge is quickly becoming one of my favourite mangaka. Odd? Yes, but coupled with a beautiful style and interesting stories. Feels a bit like a more realistic and somewhat toned down version of Dowman Sayman sometimes.
Finally, someone who gets it! The rest of y'all need to rewatch yer Rickter andst Mortimer, y'all dumb as hell. Sorry if your yuri reading level is only at a schoolgirl lesbian level, lmao.
I'm not exactly certain what you're saying, but I think the general gist is that you're saying if people like school-girl yuri they have bad taste in your opinion, people should instead read and enjoy the works of Nagashiro Rouge which you consider good taste. That's at least how your comment reads to me, which it seems a tad extreme if that's your intended message. Personally I like both school-girl yuri and the works of Nagashiro Rouge. I'm primarily commenting because I find it funny that my favorite Nagashiro Rouge story is the school-girl one-shot, "Top? Bottom? A Three-Round Bout!".
My personal ranking of Nagashiro Rouge's works starting with my favorite first:
1) Top? Bottom? A Three-Round Bout!
2) I Want To Leave Behind a Miraculous Love
3) Eiko and Leeza's Situation
4) The Heir of the Curse
5) The Second Unfaithful
6) Eve and Eve
Notably I don't hate any of them. I know most people probably disagree with my rankings and that's cool, this is only my opinion. From what I've gathered a lot of people would say likely "The Heir Of The Curse" is their favorite, or "Eiko and Leez's situation", both of which I enjoyed a lot.

I'm really uncertain how people are calling this subtext when both characters acknowledged their love for each other, they're only waiting till Yuzumori is old enough to kiss and so fourth. That said I'd really like an epilogue with them like 10 years in the future and a kiss. Maybe a kiss at a marriage ceremony, but I might be getting greedy.
Exactly one person called this subtext, and I really hope they weren't being sincere.
Ah I only read through some of the more recent comments and I saw others were talking about the series being labeled as subtext, so I thought it was a big topic and debate. That's what I get for not reading through a few pages of comments first, my apologies.
Still I also hope they weren't being sincere.
I know I contributed to it myself, but we really don’t need a lot of laborious definitions here—Mimika and Yuzumori spend most of two chapters (29 & 30) sitting in the middle of the street confessing their love and skinshipping just short of tongue kissing and genital penetration (i.e., what would be in this context criminal behavior). Then later:
Mimika to Yuzumori: “I want to be with you forever.”
Yuzumori to Mimika: “Wait for me.”
Mimika to Yuzumori (silently): “Yet each time we meet, I fall in love with you all over again.”I have no shared frame of reference to have a rational conversation with anyone who calls that “subtext.”
(After all, once you’ve passionately nibbled someone’s nose, there’s no going back to being “just friends.”)
Who needs marriage proposals when you can tie the knot via nose nibbling? Also I agree with you.

I'm surprised so many people here are bashing this show. I love Trigger and I think the general character writing and progression has been really good. People do love to jump on the "I don't like fanservice cause I'm so smart" bandwagon really easily. A lot of sexual nature of the series is about puberty and coming of age, the way their world works and produces babies, how people interact socially and so fourth. However it seems so few people can get over a little bit of sexuality and instead so many people are only focusing on that, which is in my opinion a poor way to critique a series but oh well.
Nagashiro Rougue is a treasure.
The decorative plastic treasure you see in an amusement park.
Someone sounds bitter. I think the author's works in general are really well drawn and have pretty solid stories, but to each their own I suppose.
As for this specific story, it was interesting but it wasn't my cup of tea and I prefer Nagashiro Rouge's previous works.
