I was rereading this series just the other day, and it really makes me wonder why the subtext tag is still there. We really don't need direct admissions of love for feelings to be confirmed as romantic. Yuki and Riko are clearly romantically attracted to each other, they feel jealousy, they don't understand how their feelings differentiate from how they feel towards their other friends. There really is a difference in the subtext of let's say K-On!, from what we see here.

This is pretty fun. Kine and Saitou are a great couple, looking forward for their wedding. They are specially cute with Kine's niece.

Also, not gonna lie, chapter 15 made me afraid of peepholes.

15 chapters at once!? Wow!! Just started reading, but this seems promising! (Here's hoping for a future yuri tag for when she starts dating her divorced friend.

Really wished the publishers had given the author 2 chapters to wrap up the series instead of one. I live for good, healthy and well done polyamorous relationships and while there was hardly any build up, and it was super rushed, this is a good relationship, they all obviously love each other, and the wedding picture shows an amazing future for them.

But it stills leaves a bittersweet taste in the mouth, with one more chapter, this one could've focused more on the sempai, give her a better "giving up on Amane" scene, and the next one could've shown more inside Kou's head, giving us clues that she is already in love with the other two before her confession in the final page.

This is still a good series in general, and I personally really enjoyed it, specially for the polyamory twist in the end.

It really surprises me how long the story is, with 8 volumes, the spoiler I've seen in this thread happening on volume 6, and it feels like the story already progressed so far. I guess this is why this is my favorite novel.

And there it is, the literal only reaction needed when someone tells you they are enby: "oh, okay, thank you for telling me, now I know and can be respectful towards you." isn't Haruto just the best?

This already starts great, but it gets so much better, I really wish this would be picked back up, only 1 of 8 chapters, plus, I think, 3 extras is not enough.

I really wish I knew japanese to read the original version of Still Sick in the authof's Pixiv, seems just as good as this version. Also, this chapter was so good!!

Adachi needs a kiss, Shimamura is scared of being needed for kissing, Hino and Nagafuji are scared of being more than kissing friends. Please help these children.

Nagafuji actually seems annoyed about being just kissing friends. While she probably doesn't understand herself and doesn't realize she's doing it, it feels like she is trying to move her relationship with Hino away from their current platonic feelings, and into a more romantic connection.

I don't get why the author decided to make the crossdressers in this manga choose to cross-dress for external reasons...

Because the sempai is supposed to mirror Hime in a way. She's doing it for her best friend, he's doing it for his sibling (who I assume is a trans boy), and the sempai might even enjoy doing it as well we don't know yet.

@BugDevil that's the thing, when Araki couldn't have the two as a wlw couple, he changed Anasui's personality so he wouldn't be a good lover to Jolyne. Since he couldn't make the relationship he wanted, he decided to ruin any chance for a new relationship.

Chapter 13, about little Nana-chan and Minori-chan, was a real heartbreaker, maybe the best SOL manga chapter I’ve ever read (i.e., I cried).

Everything about these characters' childhoods makes me emotional! Lil Nana and Minori also made me tear up, and getting a feel for Haru's feelings as a kid when Mafuyu moved made me choke up too.

Okay, to end whatever "yuri vs subtext" discussion, chapter 15 is the gayest thing since gay, no joke. Haru is so freaking gay, the chapter made me emotional.

Sorry for not seeing this question before, I don't really have a source, that's what I was told, but I've seen more people her in dynasty talk about this as well, so I'm pretty confident it's true.

On another note, Akane there in chapter 4 was down right ready to commit sepuku with that knife when she realized she made Rikka cry. Damn girl.
