Well that was unpleasant.

This reminds me of one of my favorite manga series: Complex Age. It was also about a woman who loved cosplay and her struggles in coming to terms with her love for a hobby which no longer loved her back. It has a good ending though.

I'm not sure why they decided to make chapter 1 of the magazine into chapter 11. IMO it does a much better job of introducing the characters and flows pretty naturally into the actual first chapter of the volume.

This series is cute but the lack of any kind of developments is kind of frustrating.

Their conversation in chapter 3 reminded me of how Sumika and Ushio were able to have complex conversation using just expressions and hand signals in Sasameki Koto.
