I know this manga is fairly short. I can't remember how many volumes it had though, and I'm going to be sad when it's over.

This "plot" of getting at Ichigo's blood is a bit annoying to me at this point. Guess would have rather had something else going on ^^;

On page 192 of the last chapter, is Ami turning down some guy right in front of Nanako?

That's the guy from ch.99. Probably meant to be teasing her about something.

About what could be expected. Overall nice, certainly the kind of manga that grows on you over time. Might be interesting to read it in one go now that it's entirely done, but I don't think that'd do too much for me.

Wonder whether some other "older" yuri manga are still on somebody's completion list? Kinda makes you wonder what's out there, or what you started reading at various points and kinda forget about since people stopped scanlating ^^;

The complex love/hate relationship between Makio and her sis is probably my favorite part of this series. Minori is truly a tragic character and it just really pains me that they weren't able to come to this place of understanding each other while she was alive.

You gotta love how even at this stage she's just straight up "a do-over? Naw, it'd just end the same way".

Interesting that Ayame got a new part-timer. Mh.

The Durarara writer author is also called Narita. Seems to be a reasonably normal name; there's a few known people with it.

It's just one of those endings that kinda ... end, petering out, instead of elevating the story at its conclusion. It didn't necessarily have to be a confession, but to me there really needed to be something that made it clear that this wasn't just some chapters that also could have happened 10 or 20 chapters earlier and the story just continuing from there on.

For example, when Miss Sunflower asks Matsuri for her signature confession, so to speak, Matsuri could have said the next time she'd be saying it would be after hearing it back from Miss Sunflower. I'd have taken that ^^

I get what the chapter is trying to do, but come on, the bookery isn't running away. You can go eat and go there afterwards ^^;

That's one way to regenerate your vampire bits, I suppose.

I know some people object to the violence in this series ... but those two desperately need some sense smacked into them :p

Mitsuki misses the shot and the guy's comment surely is just meant to imply that Aya sees her through some rose-tinted glasses, not a factual statement. So I don't think there's specific indication she's particularly sporty in the first place ...

Sigh.

It's not really 'filler' in a series that's pretty much 'Slice of Life.'

It's more yuri teasing, which is the sole purpose of the series at this point, so definitely main arc, even if side characters.

Yeah, that irked me a lot, too.

Really wanted her to go "well fuck you too then", and ditching her, uh, exorcist mentor, go rogue so to speak. Just bad storytelling. You can engineer a situation where she's surprised by the appearance of that specific demon but don't make it "nobody bothered to tell you and we're making everything your fault".

The time skip ... really doesn't help the coherence of that chapter. I don't know. Maybe it's meta, like "feel the disjointed feelings of the two girls as a reader", that sorta thing ;)
