apparently the spanish yuri community translated this. I dont see an english version so I am assuming they got someone to work with the original raws.

The yuri is drama, not gimmick.

Black haired girl has a thing for the blondie and plays around it as if it is "teasing" or messing around, blondie feels something and will probably realize it later. (black haired kisses her cuz blondie told her she kissed the BF, black haired got jelly and made her move as a "tease")

Not NTR (NTR is when the MC's girlfriend/boyfriend or love interest is taken by someone else (seduced or by force, etc)).

This falls on Cheating since its the MC herself that is doing stuff with someone else while she has a boyfriend.

Not my cup of tea, not into cheating stories or of the sort no matter if its for the yuri, still find the actions despicable and repulsive. Dropping it.
