Did they stop making th yuri doujins?

Love-Colored Boundary chapter 8 came out a bit over a month ago, and it's yuri. What you said is only true for oneshots. Or do you not consider Love-Colored Boundary to be a doujin?

There are still couple of doujins, some really old ones, that haven't got translated into English even tho scans of them are already out there. Love-Colored Boundary ch09 is already out, just not translated yet.
