No, it's more like she was doing this because her agent or someone was advising her pretend, she got tired/frustrated and went to a conclusion that "if gay people wouldn't exist/still hissing I wouldn't have to do this".
It's like some women are "transvestigated" and accused to be "man pretending to be woman", but instead being angry at accusers, they got angry at trans people existing, because "if not for them, it wouldn't happen".
